Many issues and overall bad app

I am asking myself how you guys can have such an incredible website but such a bad iOS app. Usually I experience this the other way around. No feedback is given when something is being tapped. The app is slow and doesnt recognize taps. Caching seems to be something your developers dont know. I am on an iPhone 5 with a good wifi connection and still the app is slow and annoying.
